Message order question???? Abrev.?

Question on the order of responses on the board,

On some threads I click on them and they begin at the 1st message. On others I click on them and the latest response is what is up top? Any way to make it where they begin and the beginning for all?

ps,
With a lot of newcomers we do not know what all the abbrev. are outside of our own difficult child condition. Could there be a sticky on abbrev. possibly?

In the FAQ Board there is a list of abbreviations.

As far as the order of the way posts are showing up, go to User CP , Edit Options and scroll down to Thread Display Mode and pick how you want them to show up.
