Sensory Integration Dysfunction?

From what i have read on this subjct i think my 12yr is suffering from this.

He:

1.Complains of how clothing feels, does not like tags left in his clothing so he constantly cuts the tags out himself (not cutting them right, he cuts through his clothes)

2.Picky eater

3.Oversensitivity to smells

4.Has an exceptionally high pain tolerance

5.Can be very impulsive or distractible.

How do i get a diagnosis for Sensory Integration Disorder (SID)?

An occupational therpist with a subspecialty in Sensory Integration Disorder (SID) would be the professional to perform an evaluation for Sensory Integration Disorder (SID).
