Tigger did great the first 2-3 months of school. He was attending half-days with lunch/recess/specials with reg ed and math in the sped room. We added a class in the reg ed room and it went downhill from there.
Tomorrow Tigger is being sent as a CIBS to the building with the ED classroom. The ED classroom has a current enrollment of 1 and that child is out tomorrow so Tigger will go with the ED teacher instead of a CIBS worker (generally just a sub teacher). While I'm not happy that Tigger threw stuff around the classroom and had to get CIBS-ed, it couldn't have come at a better time as I called an IEP meeting to discuss placement and he will likely be starting in the ED classroom for mornings within 1-2 weeks! They will then bus him back to his home school for lunch/recess/specials/math like we started the year. (The schools are only 1 mile apart.)
I hope this ED teacher likes him cause with him that is half the battle.
