so true. I used to be a world-class worrier---all my life. Guess that was my attempt at controlling events---people, places and things.
Today, I don't worry (much). This freedom is incredible...letting go. I want more and more of it, and thus am motivated to work for it.

Very true but so hard to change. Just when I finally start enjoying life, bam, something sets off the worrying again. Hopefully, that WILL change!
Nailed it! Not only creates an unpleasant sensation for what MIGHT happen, but also deletes a pleasant sensation for the good that IS happening. Great perspective...
Yeah, Lil is big on the worrying. She's getting better about it but still has trouble letting go.
