Sounds like you got the right kind of officer to handle this. Sometimes if they have never experienced a difficult child, they have no understanding of what you are going through. I'm so glad he's the one who helped you.
Glad they picked up the scum!!!! Hopefully your daughter gets the hint that you aren't putting up with any of this.

First off, OMG! Carolanne, I'm so sorry about the email.
Second, excellent job in handling the situation. :bravo: I think I'd be having a really tough time contacting difficult child for a long time if it were me.
I'm so glad you got a really good officer who's been there done that to handle the case. It was so nice of him to make that extra effort to help you thru such an awful thing.
Now how stupid of the boyfriend to IM you. His timing couldn't have been more perfect. Can anyone say DUH! :faint:
