A good day!

I just wanted to let you know that our first day of family therapy went very well. My difficult child looks soooo great - clear, rosy, perfect complextion! I want that boy back for good! His attitude was very positive - even let me have a hug and kiss before I left. I don't feel anymore optimistic about this terrible disease called addiction, but for one day things went well and I'll take it!! I'm going back tomorrow for another eight-hour session and then he comes home. Yes, scary, I know.

That s wonderful news. I know it is scary, will be there in a couple of weeks myself, but sure beats pre-rehab.

Yeah for you!!! It is exciting to hear when things go well. We all need at least a day here and there!!!! Praying this is the beginning of a really good turn for him and for your family.
