mmmm pinapple custard casserole
6-8 slices white bread, crust trimmed off cut into small squares, 1 large can crushed pinapple (not drained), 3 eggs beaten, 1/2 cup sugar (if pinapple is in unsweetened juice)
mix together eggs, sugar and pinapple wth juice, toss in bread and coat, spread mixture on the bottom of a casserole dish, bake at 375 for about 20-30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. enjoy yummmmmmmmmmmmm
