Living arrangements had been put in place and are due to begin the end of August. He can still access those. He will not have them available when he gets out in June. Texas is not big on helping the formerly incarcerated past the age of 17.

Thank you for the suggestion Tanya. I will check to see what they have.

My son lived at the Salvation Army shelter here in town for several weeks. I think three weeks is the max here. Then he went to the Salvation Army rehab in another city. Was supposed to be there a minimum of six months but didn't last that long. Might be something to check into temporarily.

Oh gosh. NOt to make it all about me, but I didn't know about the whole "and then I was released early" thing. Gah! Pasa, sending you strength and courage!
